Life Skills Coach - Residential
The Life Skills Coach – Residential (LSC) will provide services to any and all residents living within the West Haven Community House Residential Program in the areas of daily living activities and independent skills. The Life Skills Coach implements behavior programs and facilitates and promotes community integration. The Life Skills Coach is expected to maintain a clean, safe and healthy environment for the residents. The Life Skills Coach is required to stay on shift until relieved by another staff member.
1. Mon - Fri:: 3:00pm - 11:00pm
2. Mon - Fri: 3:00pm - 9:00pm
3. Mon - Fri: 6:00am - 9:00am
4. Sun - Wed Overnight: 11:00pm - 9:00am
5. Sat/Sun: 3:00pm - 11:00pm
6. Sat/Sun: 9:00am - 3:00pm
7. Sun: 8:00am - 8:00pm
8. Thu - Sat Overnight: Thur 11:00pm - 9:00am, Fri and Sat 11:00pm - 7:00am
Salary: $14.75 per hour, DOE
Life Skills Coach Ė ID
Creative, caring individuals needed to provide services for adults with intellectual disabilities and behavioral challenges. Coaches are expected to pick up and drop off clients when scheduled, drive clients on field trips using their personal vehicle and completing required documentation.
Hours: 35 hours per week, M-F Flex time between 8:00am - 6:00pm
Salary: $15.00 per hour, DOE
Life Skills Coach - DSO
Creative, caring individuals needed to provide services in day program for adults with intellectual disabilities and behavioral challenges. Coaches may be expected to pick up and drop off clients when scheduled, using agency vehicle, and will also drive clients on field trips. Coaches will be required to obtain and maintain Public Service License.
Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am-3:30pm
Salary: Starting at $14.75 per hour, DOE
Driver (part time/split shift)
Experienced drivers needed to transport adults with disabilities to and from day program. You must
• Must be 21 years of age or older
ē Valid State of Connecticut driverís license with a public service endoresment, or a CDL and a clean driving record
ē Minimum of five years driving experience
Mon-Fri, Split shift 7am - 9:00am and 2:45pm - 4:45pm
Mon-Fri, 2:30pm - 4:30pm
Salary: $14.75 per hour
